1. Who operates Quies

These terms cover the Quies website and mobile dream journal, including account access, AI features, and online backup where available. Quies is operated by [LEGAL NAME], at [BUSINESS OR MAILING ADDRESS], in [COUNTRY]. Contact us at [PUBLIC CONTACT EMAIL].

[CONFIRM: the operator and how users accept these terms before they take effect.] Read our privacy policy for information about personal data.

2. Who can use Quies

Quies is intended for users worldwide. Availability may vary by country and app store.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quies. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by the law where you live. If that law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you must have that permission before using the service.

Downloads are subject to the app store's age ratings and parental controls. Quies does not currently verify your age or collect parental consent within the app.

If you create an account, provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. The service

Quies lets you speak or write dreams, save them by date, and create illustrations and interpretations. The mobile app requires sign-in. Saved dreams and artwork can be viewed offline; sign-in and online features need an internet connection. [VERIFY: released platforms and storefront availability. The website currently announces iPhone availability and Android as coming soon.]

Automatic illustrations and interpretations can run after capture when enabled in Settings. Premium also includes custom illustration styles, weekly dream reflections, and optional account backup. Weekly reflections may update automatically while the app is active.

AI content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other users' results. Interpretations and reflections are for personal reflection and are not medical advice, diagnoses, or predictions. Review generated content before relying on it or sharing it.

Online backup must be enabled in Settings. It keeps one current journal, not a history of versions or continuous synchronization between phones. Restore preserves existing local entries. Premium access is required to upload or restore; deleting an existing online backup remains available on any plan.

4. Your dreams and artwork

You keep any rights you hold in the dream text and other content you provide. You are responsible for having permission to submit content that belongs to someone else.

Proposed service permission: you allow Quies and its service providers to process your content as needed to deliver the features you use, including AI generation and enabled backup. [CONFIRM: this license and the applicable provider contracts before release.]

You can share a dream image through your device's sharing tools. AI output may not be unique or qualify for copyright protection. [DECIDE: the rights Quies grants in generated artwork, including commercial use and any provider restrictions.] Quies's name, website design, and app software remain subject to their owners' intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Quies to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or bypass service limits or security controls.

AI requests are subject to provider safety rules. Offensive, graphic, or other restricted content may be refused. A request rejected by the image provider's safety filters does not consume an illustration allowance. A generation that succeeds but then encounters a storage problem may still use an allowance.

[DECIDE: additional content rules, grounds for suspension, notice, and the process for reviewing abuse reports or appealing restrictions.]

6. Plans and payments

The current Free plan includes local dream logging, four illustration styles, and one generated illustration per day. Premium includes the full style catalog, custom styles, up to four generated illustrations and four dream interpretations per day, weekly reflections, and optional account backup. Daily generation allowances reset at midnight UTC. Your current allowance appears in Settings.

Eligible accounts can activate one 72-hour Premium trial. No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When access ends, saved local dreams remain available. [VERIFY: final launch offers and limits.]

Failed interpretation generation does not consume an interpretation allowance. Restoring an online journal is limited to two attempts per UTC day; an interrupted or failed restore can count toward this limit.

[DECIDE: paid-plan availability, payment provider, prices and taxes, billing periods, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and any consumer withdrawal rights. Purchase processing is not connected in the reviewed implementation.]

Any paid offer must disclose its price and billing terms before purchase. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies for a service that does not meet its contract.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Quies at any time. Uninstalling may remove local journal data, but does not delete your online account or backup or cancel any store subscription.

Delete my online backup in Backup & restore removes the online journal copy and turns backup off on that phone. Local dreams and separately stored artwork remain. Other phones with backup enabled may upload again.

To delete your account, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account and confirm. This removes your account, online backups, stored artwork, and that account's journal on the phone performing deletion. There is no recovery period in the app. External copies and other offline phones are outside this deletion. See the privacy policy for remaining analytics and provider retention.

If you have a store subscription, cancel it through the relevant store separately. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal. [CONFIRM: cancellation instructions when purchase processing is enabled, full-journal export options, and suspension notice and appeal procedures.]

8. Availability and responsibility

Online features may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, or connection problems. Keep a separate copy of entries you cannot afford to lose.

[DECIDE: support commitments, backup guarantees, and any lawful limits on responsibility. Review these clauses for the countries served.] Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Changes and disputes

[DECIDE: how users receive advance notice of material changes, when changes take effect, and their options if they do not agree.]

For questions or complaints, contact [PUBLIC CONTACT EMAIL]. [CONFIRM: governing law, dispute resolution, and any required local consumer information.] Any governing-law clause must preserve mandatory protections and court rights that apply to consumers.
